Ireland ran in five tries to keep their hopes of a Grand Slam alive with an impressive 39-12 victory against Italy in the Six Nations Under-20s.
Fionn Gibbons opened the scoring for Ireland before Italy’s David Odiase saw yellow but Luca Rizzoli crossed the whitewash just before the break to give the visitors hope.
Matthew Devine, Lorcan McLoughlin, James Culhane and Chay Mullins scored for Ireland in the second half, before Tommaso Scramoncin grabbed a late consolation.
